USE LESS SOAP AND SHAMPOO




Most people end up using more shampoo than they need to. You only need a dime size as
opposed to a quarter size. You can add water to the bottle to dilute it and it will last even longer,
and do the same job.

Read your label, this is what is going back into the earth. You could be poisoning yourself and
the environment.

Ammonium Chloride - Harmful if swallowed. May be harmful by inhalation. Skin, eye and
respiratory irritant

Quaternium-22 - May contain harmful impurities or form toxic breakdown products

Triethanolomine - may contain residual levels of nitrosamines, a carcinogen

Methylchloroisothiazolinone -immune system toxin, lung sensitizers

Limonene - a hydrocarbon that poses potential risks to wildlife and the environment through
water contamination. Carcinogen to some animals

Triclocarban- Triclocarban is an antibacterial substance with a structure and function that  has
toxic properties, it is associated with negative health and environmental impacts, have no
added consumer health value and thus should be avoided in household products.

Earth hour is at 8:30pm on 3/28-- it's when everyone in the whole world is
supposed to turn off their power for an hour to make a statement, and help the
planet.
